History: Rin was born on a cold Friday in December with three other littermates, she was the second to last kitten to be born. Her weaker sister died before any of their eyes had opened. She had a decent childhood, playing with her siblings and cuddling with her mother. However, a lump began to develop on her left leg and her siblings were disgusted by it, rejecting her every attempt to interact with them. She hated herself, and felt like some kind of monster. After a week of pain, she could only stumble to get where she needed to go, and she was taken to the vet, where the lump was drained. After the procedure, she squirmed out of her owners grasp and shot into the woods, where she fought off the cone that encased her head, and then wandered into where we find her today.

Fatality: Fatal if left untreated. 

Resistance: Resistant to most cures (penicillin, methicillin, etc), usually requires very strong medicine and even that could take weeks to cure. Drainage procedure is usually required before any medicine is administered.

Symptoms: One or more extremely painful boil-like cysts that can appear on any part of the body

Roleplay example: Rin lifted her paw, adorned with the cyst she had learned to accept over the few days it had developed. She licked it, hoping it would soon leave her be. Her condition was awful to her, the unbearable pain that plagued her so, and she hated it. But she knew she had to drain it or it would get worse. She took a claw, grinding her teeth, and poked it into the thin film of nerveless skin. It exploded, covering the leaves she sat on with a gross, mixed red and yellow-brown substance. Ugh. She worked more of it out, cleaned her fur, and padded away.
